::My Thoughts::
This is more of a study guide than anything. If you have questions about the Christian faith this could be a good book to answer both simple and complex questions. This guide contains 12 major lessons that can be completed under an hour, explanations of Christian views on each topic, real-life use of biblical truth, etc.
It provides core teachings which will challenge you whether you are a new believer, veteran believer, or if you are just looking for a stronger foundation in your faith.
Each lesson is easy to read, and the author includes personal experiences, thoughts, or beliefs. This makes it seem less of a "lecture" type novel, and more of a relatable read. While learning from this book you will find yourself more drawn in with the author's easy-going nature that is so clearly exposed within the pages.
Each chapter has insightful questions, answers, and even books to further your studies.
All in all I felt this was a really easy book to read, follow, and study. It would make a great study guide for yourself or for an entire church discussion group.
In the ever changing world there are many beliefs and many questions to be answered. What better way to further our knowledge that further our studies? And this is a really great book for that. I liked the way it was laid out, worded, simplified, and knowledgeable.
It pretty much applies to everyone whether you are Christian, non-believer, or even someone from another faith. This is a great to ask those questions that we are all curious about from time and again. "What is death?" "What is hell?" "What is heaven?" and those are just a few.
The author doesn't beat you down with a lecture to where you may find yourself judged or frustrated, but keeps things flowing smoothly so everyone can enjoy. To me this is a great way to get others to want to learn more about God's word and Christianity.
I rated this book 4 stars on Goodreads and Amazon
If you would like to purchase this book it is available in Paperback
