New illustrations in the same perfect format for the small hands of your toddlers and preschoolers make My Little Prayers a wonderful gift for a variety of occasions, and it is just the right size to tuck into a birthday gift bag or Easter basket.
Children will learn a big lesson from this little book: that we can talk to God any time we want and that He always listens.

::My Thoughts::
This is such an adorable children's book. This has great prayers for everything, and they are easy to remember and repeat. The book is small enough for your child's hands to hold easily, and it makes it the perfect little gift as well. This can be great wrapped, in a gift bag, in a stocking, an Easter basket, etc. I love the illustrations in this book! The pictures are so well done, and colorful. This is sure to capture your children's attention, and a great guide for them to learn many prayers. There are so many great prayers packed into this little book. There are prayers for feelings whether your little one is feeling scared, happy, sad, etc. There are also prayers for mealtimes, bedtime, playtime, God time, etc. It just goes to show you can pray and talk to God whenever you want. I definitely recommend this book for your little ones. All three of my children love it. Prayer is big in our house, and even my oldest son who is almost nine likes to read the prayers, and has learned quite a few of them. My five year old is often reading through the prayers, and my one year old loves it to be read to her as well. I can't rave about this book enough. It is fantastic!

God Bless My Boo Boo

This is an adorable book. It has become a family favorite around our house, and is especially requested when one of the little ones does get a boo boo.
In this book there are all kinds of baby animals, and each baby has a mother animal with them in the picture consoling them and making things better.
The illustrations are wonderfully done, and vivid.
For children boo boo's are a serious ordeal. No matter if it's a paper cut or a scraped knee it's all equally traumatic sometimes. This book helps show kids that not only can Mommy's help boo boo's feel better, but God can to. It's a great lesson to show kids that no matter if it's big or small God is there for us through it all. It's a comforting book to read if your child has fell and scraped a knee, gotten a paper cut, or just wants to read it for fun.
I definitely recommend this book to all parents with little ones. They will really love it. I enjoy reading it, and my three children love it as well. This book is definitely geared toward babies, toddlers, and preschool children. But it's something that can be enjoyed by all. My 7 year old even likes this book, and we enjoy reading it to our children.
It's a board book so even your tiniest little one can grab hold and help turn the pages, explore the pictures, and enjoy this book all around.
I definitely will be checking out more from the author.

A Star for Jesus ~ Book Review

Let me start off by saying that not only is this an ADORABLE book but we really loved it. How refreshing it is to find children's stories about Jesus. Especially books with such a powerful message! How simple of a reminder that all we need to do is look at the stars and think of Jesus. Another reason why I love books such as this for my kids, especially as we are now in the Christmas season, is because it's a great reminder at what the season is all about. Not gifts and such, but the birth of Jesus and celebrating Him.

This book is excellent for children in many ways. The words rhyme often and are very easy to understand. The illustrations are vivid and very well done. It will capture your small child's attention. Especially for the really small ones. This is a board book and easy for them to hold with no worries on ripping pages! I would highly recommend it to any of you parents out there with young readers. It's a good lesson to be reminded of how the three wise men followed the star to where Jesus was, and how we can remember to worship Him today. My children loved it. Especially my toddler he has had me read to it to him almost every night since we got it. So parent and kid approved in our house I am glad to say. We hope you will check it out! :)

::From the back of the book::
"God made the stars and put them up high to shine down on earth from up in the sky." But long ago God made a special star. He put it in the sky to send a message: "Jesus our Savior has come …" We can look at the stars at night. And we can remember that a long time ago, Jesus' star shone among them.

::Book Description::
Children love the soothing sound of rhyme! And now they can enjoy ten classic Bible stories retold in delightful read-aloud rhyme in The Rhyme Bible Storybook for Toddlers. From the story of creation ("In the beginning God made the light. The light was for day. The dark was for night.") to the resurrection of Jesus ("All his friends were happy then. Jesus was alive agai
n!"), this is the perfect choice for parents who want to introduce their toddlers to the Word of God. Newly updated illustrations and classic stories told in vivid verse make this padded cover board book a sure favorite that will entertain young ones and teach them biblical lessons that last a lifetime

::My Thoughts::
This is a really great introduction to Bible Stories for children. The colorful pictures, easy to turn board pages, and flow of rhyming words really captures a young child's attention. Both my children (ages 3 & 6) were both completely immersed in this book. It was easy for them both to understand, and they enjoyed it.
Sometimes it can be hard introducing young children to God's word. Often with the majority of children their attention has to be grabbed immediately for them to take anything away from a story. The fact that these are God's Word and more than just story is a huge plus. It's often hard to find something so engaging for young children, but I think this book more than makes up for that. This storybook covers some of the major events in the Bible which I loved seeing. The stories are not so long that they will bore a young child, but only about three pages each story with few words on each page. There is a total of 40 pages, all with colorful illustrations that your child will enjoy. The fact that this is a board book also makes it the perfect book for tiny hands to turn the pages without worry of any ripping or tearing. One of my favorite things about this book is that both my children had many questions to ask about each story. So not only are they learning God's Word, but we are creating discussions about each event that happened! It's very refreshing to find a book all about God like this that we can share with our children, and even better that they can take something away from it! Overall a wonderful storybook, and one I highly recommend.
